Privacy Policy

SnapPortal provides private event-photo galleries and tools for photographers. This policy explains the information handled when photographers, team members, event organizers, and guests use the service.

Information we handle

How information is used

Information is used to operate event galleries, deliver branded photographs, manage accounts and access controls, provide aggregate event reporting, send account-related email, respond to inquiries, protect the service, and diagnose technical failures. SnapPortal does not sell personal information.

Photographs and event access

Original photographs are stored outside the public web directory and are not delivered to public visitors. Guests receive generated, branded versions through SnapPortal’s protected image endpoint. Event owners are responsible for choosing appropriate PIN, private-link, expiration, and publication settings.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by hosting, database, backup, monitoring, or email providers that support the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and security

Information is retained as needed to provide the service, meet event-owner instructions, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or operational obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
