Terms of Service
Effective August 4, 2026
These terms govern access to SnapPortal’s event-photo galleries and photographer workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use SnapPortal on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect login and event-access credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate team roles.
Photographs and other content
Photographers and event owners retain their rights in content they upload. They grant SnapPortal permission to store, process, resize, brand, display, and deliver that content solely to operate the service. Uploaders must have the rights and permissions needed to photograph subjects, upload content, apply sponsor branding, and distribute the resulting images.
Acceptable use
You may not use SnapPortal to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive material.
- Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass event protections, probe infrastructure, or disrupt the service.
- Distribute malware, automate excessive requests, or use the service in a way that harms other users.
Guest use
Guests may view, download, and share photographs only as authorized by the event owner and applicable law. A gallery link, PIN, or download option does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those provided by the photographer or event organizer.
Availability and changes
SnapPortal may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect stored information, but account holders remain responsible for retaining appropriate backups of irreplaceable photographs.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for security threats, unlawful conduct, material violations of these terms, or circumstances that place users or the service at risk. Event owners may archive events and request account or content changes through the available contact channel.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. SnapPortal is not responsible for content uploaded by users, permissions obtained by photographers, or how guests use downloaded images. Limitations that cannot legally apply in your jurisdiction are excluded.
